Webinars Now Available!

The D27 PRO Team conducted two Webinars in March and April on Websites and Newsletters.  These are hopefully the first in a series of Webinars designed to help complement TLIs for VPPRs.  In the event that you are interested in attending the Webinar but are unavailable at the scheduled time, we have recorded these sessions so that you can view them at your convenience.

As this is a new service for us, we've been ironing out some kinks with the technology and the process, and we believe we have overcome these and now provide them for you - our members:

Webinar #1 - Websites
Presented by Mike Kerr
50min :: Recorded March 10, 2010
This is our first webinar that discusses various aspects of what kinds of websites are available for your club, and focuses on using FreeToastHost.org and its suite of tools for managing clubs.  Other topics covered are considerations for what sort of content that may be of benefit to incorporate on your club's site.

Webinar #2 - Newsletters
Presented by Mike Kerr
58min :: Recorded April 14, 2010
Our second webinar focuses on how to build a newsletter - tempering your expectations, to suggestions for content, tips and techniques for a professional look, and available software that will help ease the process of creating and designing your newsletter.

We welcome any feedback you are willing to provide so that we can further improve this service offering for you, our members.

Area I2 (eye two) Governor Rick Eshbach is collecting photos from all over the district to create a slideshow for the District Conference on May 7 and 8th.

The Public Relations Team would like to solicit everyone on Rick's behalf for any photos you may have taken throughout the year, and encourage you to email them to Rick at rick@rickscape.com, including the name of the event, the host division, date, and names of folks appearing in the photo.
